RE:RE:I ASSUME deal closingI am not quite sure we can assume this is the 3rd attempt. It was horrible time of year to offer Private Placement given the time of year and Holidays,not to mention global financial declines. Also heard that Dundee was completing other deals during the time period and LAB was not maybe #1 focus or next in line. No news was released/leaked of any PP pricing duing time periods of first two extensions for instance, so who's to say that there were any previous attempts.
