RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why no analyst recognitionThanks Westcoast, that is helpful and makes good sense that the two phase II trials could provide sufficient evidence to support approval in the US - but at the end of the day they FDA will have the final say.

As you point out, even if they FDA says Nuvo needs to do Phase III clinical trials, it is likely that they would not take more than a year - tack on 9 months for FDA approval, they could be looking at selling treatments in early 2017.  If no phase III trials we are looking at 2016.

I assume the other consideration for Nuvo is what will it take to secure approval in other countries of the world - assuming they go that route? I believe the patents are only for the US. Does anyone know if they have patent protection for WF10 outside of the US and what the company is planning outside the US?
