Does anyone know much about Franklin Templeton? I find it very interesting that one entity has acquired such a high percentage in one company. While the dividend is very attractive and a strong case can be made for its sustainability, I just wonder if FT has other ideas. Does anyone know if this investment company has actively forced acquisitions/take outs of companies. A grossly depressed sp and owning 20% would make the job of forcing a buyout so much easier, but has this been Franklin's MO in the past? anyone?
