Dividend Cut Expected. We expect COS to announce a 75% dividend cut to $0.05 per share attributable to the first quarter of 2015 when it releases its year-end results on January 29. In conjunction with the release of its 2015 budget on December 3, Canadian Oil Sands announced its intention to reduce its quarterly dividend by 43% to $0.20 per share. This budget was based upon a US$75/b WTI price. Given the severe retreat in oil prices, COS may elect to cut its first-quarter dividend further.

Yup. Pretty much what I expected. I don't see them suspending the dividend. Hold on to your hats when COS announces that!
