The imbecile that made this decision is clearly an arrogant moron who doesn't care who he pisses off and how it effects the company and it's share holders. Anyone with half a brain will contemplate what the least disruptive option to the locals is best to go with because it's common sense not to piss of everyone around you when so much is riding on what your doing. Maybe the decision maker was already fired. All of this could have been avoided and should have been.
