If I were day trading this stock, I wuld do exactly that, in the hopes that someone will panic or lose patience and grab a handful at a cheap price, only to sell at a 10-15% premium next day. I will not do this here, because I am afraid to sell now, and miss the big run up, that I am sure is coming. So much is yet ahead.....appeals in Moscow on Jan 28th and Feb 12, as well as the main appeal to our Ontario Court on Feb 17th, to try to set aside or remove the freezing of CG's shares owned by JSC K. We still have not finished submitting all material to Ontario Courts and gotten a date when those hearings will be set. I believe the share price will take off overnight, and many day traders will be left with nothing, when we win at each appeal, and when we have a date set to start hearing our case for collection. Too risky to try to make a grand or two for me, and lose big time, after waiting 2 years!!
