The balance book...the balance book....project is a short second.....and we're tailing in the background. Same all over, though. Banks could be delaying....either that or RCF is practicing the fine art of monetary circus juggling...banks delaying is more likely, as RCF has been fairly consistent in regards to AVT, at least!
