Any Idea ?

Any Idea ?I read the word "replaced" for Melrose. It seems to be interpreted as "removed" in some press, but can't replaced mean filling a void ? I wonder if he resigned, or was the designated "fall guy", or was fired. Notice that the "thank you for all you've done" script - (NOT!) is just as impersonal as when Ian Cunningham-Dunlop resigned after only a year as VP.

Curious - I wonder what was "corporate culture" led by O'Dea is like - with a mostly merged team. They have seemed to be pushing hard with fast tracking. Could the inside scene have impacted decisions on how things were done or not ? I admit it seems a bit sad (or desperate) to read IR stating metrics of 100 meetings in 15 communities over past several years. People aren't numbers.

At least no one has been hurt on either side. Anyone else have vibes ? or facts ?
