boardPattison has representation on both Canfor and Westshore Terminals boards....why not JE? Why does Joyce not have representation? If you were going to keep it public....you would certainly have a few seats between them....a go private bid however would create a conflict of interest for the board to evaluate bids....she's gonna get taken out JMO.
