On August 12, 2013, Canexus stated, in a press release, that the $225 Million project included 'capital spending to facilitate large scale movements from rail to pipeline of condensate in the future'. This is, in fact, not true and the unit train facility has zero capacity for offloading condensate from unit trains(a buddy of mine worked on the design). I took marketing at college but theres a limit.

Kherson;

The NR mentioned was actually the August 07 2013 Q2 Results Announcement. A minor detail but it does make the accuracy of the rest of the post questionable.

Have you been able to “VERIFY” that the statement capital spending to facilitate large scale movements from rail to pipeline of condensate in the future” was in fact “false and misleading”?
An anonymous Stockhouse Poster saying “a buddy told me” doesn’t quite cut it.

I know a bit about construction and I can say that it is very common when building a facility like NATO to make provisions for FUTURE expansion. In this case it could be as simple as installing a couple of valves to facilitate FUTURE expansion without the need to take the entire facility out of service.

The only way to verify what was done or not would be to have a “Verifiable Qualified” person do a site inspection or have access to the “As Built” construction print.

If you have in fact “Proof” that the statement was “false or misleading” you should take it up with the appropriate authorities.

If it is your practice to make investment decisions based on unverified Stockhouse posts that would help explain your track record.

I do agree that Canexus’s participation in the CIBC Whistler event should have been announced and the content available on their website

In my opinion not doing so contradicts Corporate Policy # C-103 – External Communications Policy that can be found here https://canexus.ca/governance/policies

Anybody; particularly “Current Shareholders” that have an issue with this should take it up with Investor Relations and or the appropriate authorities.

“Blathering” about this stuff on Stockhouse accomplishes nothing!
