Maybe Spiros realized shortly after the agreement was made that Big North Graphite was getting a shippy deal and helped with the delay knowing Flinders will give up. This way they are off the hook for the 500 000 break fee. Imo Big North has proven that they can get the job done themselves and Spiros knows the true potential of El Tejon . I am looking forward to the day when we hear news of off take agreement to help fund the restart.
