Not sure what it will go for but it will be more than the current $50 million market cap (they have $12 million cash).  

And it will surely create a bidding war, Agnico, Yamana, Hecla, Aurico also looking...


It doesn't make much sense to take over exploration assets unless OR intends to spin them out at some point after retaining a royalty.

I think it makes much more sense for OR to buy controlling stakes in explorers like FPC and NOX, then set them up for a takeover by the likes of Agnico and Yamana... converting their equity interest into an NSR royalty.

IMO, OR is thinking longer-term than you all are expecting.

The most logical acquisition for OR is RZZ.
