Futures on Natural Gas wer way down, over 3%, I'm sure that helped, plus the BS downgrade.
I like what this Co. offers in terms of potential, their Mgt. seems to have acted proactively with their hedge program, and so far (not to say it won't go to Zero) the dividend keeps a certain type of long-term investor in the game.

Co., maybe fine pickings for M&A, or if not I'm fine as I think I can triple or quad on this in 18-24mo.
assuming the oil market or the economy as a whole doesn't completely go to s-h-i-t,  but hey if that happens we all have a lot greater concern than our LRE stock - LOL
