RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Forrest LakeYou put a smile on my face quakes, and even a second smile by thinking I never have one :-).
Being realistic in business or investing has nothing, nothing to do with emotions. You confuse observation with emotion.

Last time I checked this was a discussion board. 75% of the time there are no arguments to back up any opinion, just some cheesy extasy in which people like to float. The whole "I don't wanna be on the sidelines when a bid comes" card/argument has been played for 1.5 years now, and using the data we have at hand I conclude chances are slim there will be an offer before June. You might see this as a reason to quote a song, I see this as a very valid argument which has just as much (or even more) value than your "sense". Or to quote: 'Right now I sense FCU being a lot more vulnerable to takeover action".

Well I disagree and I give ARGUMENTS on why. I'm holding an enormous pile of FCU shares, so if I'm wrong and a bid does come, I win anyways. But I at least give arguments and if you don't like them, the easiest way to deal with them is by marking it as a basher or somebody who has no joy in their lives. What nonsense.

For the record I've mostly appreciated your posts greatly, but this doesn't mean we always have to agree.
