Quest Rare Minerals Ltd is a Canadian exploration company developing Strange Lake rare earth deposit in northeastern Quebec, Canada. The Strange Lake REE deposit contains quantities of all the rare earth metals used in permanent magnets. The company is to become a supplier of rare earth oxides for the permanent magnet industry to be used in variety of industrial and consumer applications including wind turbines, automobiles, consumer electronics and medical equipment. That said, how many companies do you figure Investment Quebec will be able to bail out on such an analogy?  Out of the ones that I watch, Oribite, QRM and BBD are all hurting for funding.  All can make the arguments that it would be beneficial to have Gov't keep them going, in return for employed workers (i/e: tax revenues, etc), too..  Thing is, the Quebec Gov't can't fund them all.  And, on that note, how are they going to get $$ from Federal?  (I'll refrain from sharing a theory).
