Is this stock getting ahead of itself ... or a hot buy ...?

Is this stock getting ahead of itself ... or a hot buy ...?This stock has been the most consistant performer in my portfolio.  The steady dividend is wonderful!  The P/E just keeps going up -- and I wonder if the growth will keep up with the stock price ...?  I do not want a mass evaculation if the commodities start coming back ... 

Is this stock the real deal ...?  I'm loving it so far!
