How can they negoitate
How can they negoitatewhen they've got their shares seized. do you think they are negoitating with centurra on the basis that they are under the assumption they will win. how can centurra speak with them. i guesss its busines as normal with both parties.

"Negotiations on Kumtor are in intensive phase and in late February - early March can be completed," the minister of Justice Almambet Shykmamatov said to 24.kg news agency. According to him, representatives of Centerra Gold Inc. arrived in Bishkek yesterday, the Kyrgyz party consultants in the legal, financial and environmental parts are also in the capital. "Negotiations are held every day, consultation of groups have already begun. We approached the problem areas on which we never managed to reach a consensus," he added. Earlier, on January 20, Prime Minister Dzhoomart Otorbaev reported that the government has come to the last phase of negotiations with Centerra on Kumtor project. |
