Why has Rock Tech been halted?

Why has Rock Tech been halted?Foreever. Last traded in july 2013. Just checking their website and it is way outdated. Maybe they are in the same boat as Pinetree who had to dump shares of several companies on the open market. Sheldon Inwentash got his big bang theory yesterday as he was forced to resign but i wont shed any tears for him. Great Lakes will move ahead with or without Rock Tech. Probably better off without them if they choose to sell.
