They had a growth by acquisitions strategy buying dealerships when oil was at its high.  Now they need to consolidate and manage.  I forsee revenue dropping over the intermediate term due to oil trying to bottom, energy company layoffs and job uncertainty in their largest customer base - Alberta.  Seeing a company like GasFrac go bankrupt is putting fear into people  - certainly not conducive to financing a new vehicle.  I think we'll hear more analyst downgrades to come. 

The fact that the big banks aren't lowering their prime rates also isn't helping anybody.  I'm still interested in this company but I'll probably wait another quarter.
