DebeersWill return to Chidilac with a take over of PGD now that GK has its ducks in a row.A bidding war between DDC/RIO and Debeers could erupt at any time for the CH-6 prize.
PGD would not give Debeers a free look but they have it now before their eyes.That is a very strong motive to open up a new diamond disctrict to dovetail the closer of Victor.Some of the Victor plant could be moved and reto fit to the Chidilac site.
