Your post would be alot more pertinent if you mentioned the German chancellor's views on American smart phones.  If Snowden put some thought into his leaks - such as the fact that the CIA was spying on the Germany chancellor - I'd have some respect for him.  Instead he just gave the world a free-for-all on national security.
