Getting 30 cents not 8 cents

Getting 30 cents not 8 centsIf we are getting 1/2 shares of Almonty for each share of WOF that equates to 30 cents.  Almonty is trading at 60 cents so simple math we will be  getting 30 cents for 1/2 WOF shares.  Or am I totally lost on the math?
