If someone paid me enough under the table to do it, yes .  .  . if I had the balancing votes and someone made me the offer and I had the ethics of an MBA, sure, I'd screw you all over in a heartbeat via a private sale at four times the price putting party with not QUITE enough votes over the top.

Fortunately, though I did the coursework, I never sullied myself by doing so for a degree, so I never had to have my ethics amputated.
