RE:RE:RE:Almonty
Kilgor....I agree, the conversion ratio is criminal. When I saw the NR this morning, I had to reread it several times, assuming that I was reading it wrong. I am not in any way agreeing with this. I have owned shares of Woulfe since 2008 when we were still Oriental Minerals and after seven patient years, this is not at all what I was expecting (at least not for $.08). It is unbelievable. But, since we own a small chunck of the shares and (for some reason) Dundee is on board with this, I see it that we have no choice. I am simply trying to find any positives in this. Almonty actually doesn't seem to be the worst company to merge with and I still think that we can make money. My average is about $.11 as I accumulated when we went down to $.04 and with all of the properties we will own, I think that most of us can still make decent money (not closed to what we hoped for)...but still make money. For a penny stock these days, making money doesn't happen too often... And I repeat, don't get me wrong, this is an AWFUL deal, just trying to see the positives on a terrible day.
