In hindsight.....

In hindsight.....now we know why the management downplayed the great news by releasing it on Friday after the market close.
And gave only 1 day for the stock to run.
Obviously C$.08/sh was already in talks from some time ago between the two companies.

22.7% premium to Woulfe is a joke.
