Fired?  No, I was thinking Fired, turned over to authorities, civil trial for clawbacks of pay and bonuses, lifetime ban from corporate officer positions, and a few other things . . . Because either they've been lying to us from the beginning, or this is part of some larger deal of which screwing over existing shareholders of one or more companies is but a part.

Along with everyone on the board who ever agreed with him.
