The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

I never said a potential party was accumilating already. The whole MOC list is from people who play the manipulation card, not me. But just as Fission took out Alpha by being backed by the biggest Alpha shareholders, so could Fission be taken over if the major Fission shareholders vote yes to a big major with a nice premium (but still not full value).
