Quick Summary?

A friend of mine recently told me that I should be doing my due diligence here. I was wondering if anyone could provide a quick fact sheet of what's been going on and what shareholders can look forward to. The website, and MD&A are obviously excellent references, however I was just looking to get a little extra input from the members of this board. It seems quite active.
