RE:RE:RE:RE:Has anyone thought about...A company I follow (DGI) had an EBITDA of $14 million for the first 9 months of 2014 but only wound up with a profit of about $3 million.  Until we see the financails for the new CRH  it seems impossible to guess what kind of profit shareholders may share in.  It's too bad in a deal like this companies aren't required to release the financials of the company they are acquiring. That way investors have the information they need to base their investing decisions on.  GLTA.
