The Company holds a 100% interest in Clayton Silver Property, which is located approximately 30 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Challis in Custer County, central Idaho. The property covers approximately 1,028 acres in Custer County in south-central Idaho and includes the former Clayton silver-lead-zinc mine. The property consists of approximately 29 patented mining claims and two patented mill sites, comprising approximately 228 hectares (562 acres). In addition, the property has approximately 20 unpatented mining claims which covers 466 hectares. The Clayton Silver Property includes the Clayton Silver Mine in the Bayhorse Mining District in central Idaho for lead, zinc, silver, and copper with minor gold. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is CMX Gold & Silver (USA) Corp.
