RE:possible event sequence

RE:possible event sequenceOK, I'll almost bite, but if Almonty just wants the Tungsten mine, why not sell the others for cash and pay it out to the shareholders of Woulfe OR use it to reduce our debt and hence increase our stake in the resulting company  . . . Unless Almonty WANTS to get into Uranium and Gold?

If we're assuming Woulfe == Sangdong and ignoring the other properties why not sell them off first and dispense it as a special dividend a day prior to the merger?  We deserve SOME sort of SOP for having put up with this faisco this long.  Everyone knows they could just seal the mine and wait for Tungsten prices to go up if they really wanted to.  Sure, it'd stretch out the investment timeframe to teh doubling horizon, but if it ends up a 5 bagger then we'd be well served, if not for 5 years.

This way gets us alot less, alot faster, with SOME future room for growth, just not the kindi of room we were looking at if Wessen et al had done their jobs right.
