average vacancy rates in apartment buildings is at an all time low in the us. There will be more
construction. While interest rates are at an all time low, the qualifing standards are still very tight in the US. However, I think going forward the standards will get easier...just not stupidly so like what
they had in the past. I also think we are in a very long term low interest rate environment. The America economny is doing well but, with QE in Europe and their extremely low interest rates the
Americans will be very challenged to raise rates significantly...great conditions for this sector.
