RE:RE:RE:news - Stans Energy Commences Ontario Court Action to EnforcI thought JSC had already filed an appeal in the Ontario Court to have the seizure set aside or removed, on May 15th, 2015? The release from Stan's says no appeal date has been set? I was hoping this date was set, and a loss by the Kygryz's in the Ontario Superior Court on May 15th, would be the nail in the coffin for them! Am I missing something?
