RE:Clarke expands Ownership of Northern Frontier Corp.

RE:Clarke expands Ownership of Northern Frontier Corp. It still a very small investment (around 1 million, in a 200 million portfolio), but a quick view at Northern Frontier (FFF) shows it's a company with already a good level of consistent revenu after only a single year of operation, but struggling making some profits. If they succeed in extracting only a 10% EBITDA of their 60 Millions revenue, it could be a very good opportunity.

I'm not too familiar though with Clarke methods. Are they going to be actively involved in FFF trying to elect someone on the board to get the most of the company, or the investment is too small??
