Element Raises 2015 Guidance & Confirms Q4 2014


Says has increased its 2015 outlook for adjusted operating earnings per share from $0.99 to $1.05 (6.0% increase); Thomson Reuters consensus view was $0.99.

Says 2015 outlook for pre-tax adjusted earnings per share has been increased from $1.33 to $1.44 (8.3% increase)

Confirmed it expects to report earnings per share and pre-tax adjusted earnings per share for Q4 2014 of $0.19 and $0.25 respectively

Says for 2015, Element expects to have approximately 50% of its revenue originated out of the U.S.
