St. Andrew would be a great take out target at this stage of the game as the Taylor project is returning significant sample return fundamentals which would support a bigger player taking a serious look further........Primero may be an option but they don't have anywhere near the capital reserves in place to take out St. Andrew and as such, a much larger player would have to come along to make this type of scenario viable........The more likely scenario is a merger between St. Andrew and Primero on a friendly level but there is also the chance that Gold Corp could clean house and take everyone out to boot......
