I think it is all good. beat on this quarter increased dividend.

Guidance for next quarter assumes no new signings. Actual numbers will be far higher.

Sell if you want.
I will collect the dividend and hang out a while.
The company is making cash hand over fist and this is not a bad place to wait out the volitilty in the market.
