I'm sure there are MULTIPLE potential end users of CCB's graphite. With that being said, and correct me if I'm wrong, the company that requested 20 tons (AMG? Not Confirmed) is a processor first and foremost. They process the graphite and sell to the true "End Users".

I'm sure some of our offtake agreements will be directly with end users of the product, however, I would think it would be much easier to sell directly to a processor that has all the necesary contracts and legal paperwork in place.

I did some digging around to figure out why we don't see much if any US graphite companies. I found that a license to sell graphite as it falls under legislation surrounding missile technology, literally has to be signed off by the PRESIDENT of the United States. I'm sure you can appreciate the time and cost involved with that. I don't know if something similar is in place in Canada, but we do know that CCB has met with government officials about our product. Luckily we currently have a pretty resource friendly government at the moment.

Just my thoughts though.
