RE:RE:Insider Ownership42.44M of Almonty's 49M shares are owned by insiders. That is 87% (not just 50%). This is a tightly controlled company which has no more than 6.5M shares held by retail shareholder. They are unified in their purpose. Again, WOF shareholders should be happy about the buyout, other than being unhappy about the $.08 price tag. The only thing that could change that $.08 price tag is if there is competition from someone like IMC or Korea Zinc. If the competition remains silent, then this merger is a done deal.
