This isn't the first time he has done this either. He downplayed PHM on BNN a few months back after reocmmending it and even said he had sold it only to subsequently write in his newsletter the week follwoing he re-entered the stock.

He is not stupid and he doesn't miss details such as these. He is buying this stock...that is almost a gaurantee. He is likely going to recommend it to his readers as well.
