Recent events

Recent eventsOk so let's get back to last friday's NR, from the december numbers we got from 121 mln to 156 mln in NPV.
Dundee as agreed to delay repayment on their 350,000 loan, before that we got IMC to also extend their repayment to september and to cxl our part in the ATP plant.
These are not things you do when you are about to bail.

So how can we explain the 0.08 per share deal, well my tought is we needed a floor to reasure all the contractors being paid in stock. My guess is they where getting anxious about getting their cash back.

I beleive this is a way to keep paying contractors with shares, re the last news release at the end you can read that Woulfe is paying for services with shares valued at 0.095.
That for me is the most telling how can you do this if you know the shares would be capped at 0.08 on this deal, if I was the contactor I would be pissed off... Unless I was told this news is just to buy time.

I have no clue what the final outcome will be, but I am pretty sure that the price will be much higher.
The price of Tungsten is not that far off from the report and by the time we go into production it should be at about the same level (about 12,500 now vs 15,000 in the report)

As far as Almonty is concern, look closely at their latest financial statement, they are in disput with the sellers of the Wolfram project  regarding the valuation of the deal. They are loosing money on this project.
