The Reason For No Press Release

The Reason For No Press Release I talked to CEO Dusty Nicol today.  He told me that the reason there is no press release from EUU is that the company is not allowed to give a press release in this case. Forte Energy as an Australian company must report  a  JORC compliant resource but EUU as a Canadian company must report a NI 43-101 compliant resource. For EUU to report the latest news on the Slovakian properties an updated NI 43-101 report would have to be done at a cost of around $40.000. This sounds crazy but Canadian regulations must be adhered to.  Part of a press release dated Jan28/15 from Forte Energy (below) actually gives some indication of this situation.

HobbyDigger2 did mention the fact that there are different laws governing companies in different countries  (see Jan. 23 post).
I did not ask Dusty about possible takeovers, buyouts etc since I knew he couldn't tell me anyway (insider info).  But we agreed that EUU should be trading much higher than it is at present. There is no doubt in my mind that it is flying under the radar.
