RE:December Visit

RE:December Visit                SURESHOTZ -   Is D3's Ferguson property located right next door to TOG and LGX? I believe they are very close by.  Looking at TOG's and DTX's presentations they are both quite ecstatic about their Alberta Bakken play. DTX for instance has built an 8,000 B/d battery with a 20,000 barrell storage facility on their property and at last report were planning to drill 18 Hz wells off of multi-pads to reduce costs to $3.5M per well. ( This was before the blowdown in the oil price so things could change )

I am pleased to hear that the majority of LGX's shares are held by 8 shareholders (including Legacy??)  since it tells me how this will ultimately work itself out. I suspect that over this period of low oil prices and Sage-Grouse confusion data will be accumulated that reveals just how valuable a stock LGX is. When oil prices turn up and drilling is once again profitable then the majority shareholders will make it obvious just what the value is. The result will be a very rapid rise in the share price (caused by majority shareholders buying?) and then a new issue of shares will be done at the appropriate price. This will fund an aggressive drilling program when the time is right.

In the meantime we will be sitting in the dark and it will do us harm if we over obsess about the share price, lack of information, Sage-Grouse and dismal oil prices.
