The Asks have been Stale all morning..$0.035 and above. probably Some Stale orders that have been sitting there for days from some clueless people who haven't even seen todays news, Watch those orders get pulled soon enough...or better yet someone will Probably Just Buy them all right as the close of trading approaches. L2 indicates that their is just not many shares to be Had. They have been accumulated in recent Weeks and are Now Very Tightly Held. L2 atteste to this
