The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

It all starts somewhere. If you think there wasn't government money kickstarting oilsands development in the early-mid 20th century, or in kickstarting mining projects and technological innovations all over Canada up and into the current day, you are kidding yourself.

The focus shouldn't be on whether there is government money in the game, because there always is. The focus should be on what the company is doing with that money. Is it pocketing the cash and investing nothing in its own growth, or is it using the money to fuel growth and expand its opportunities?
