Yes, and that sucker will be someone with a huge position on their cash balance sheet. They can payout all the debt and eliminate the entire management team and all the corporate headquarters. All they have to worry about then is pumping the oil out of the ground with the existing manpower. In other words they wind up with the assets and an amalgamated company. This adds additional cash flow to an existing company with little additional overhead costs. You'll see this is the probable outcome. Not only for Palliser, but for many Juniors in the same situation. M&A is now on the forefront in the Oil and Gas Industry.
