So in summary, Canada Carbon has satisfied customer expectations and Zenyatta hasn't. You might argue that Zenyatta has earlier stated that some customers have had a back and forth which means they had requested further samples, which is a sign of satisfaction .................... but the fact is, the latest presser indicates customer expectations haven't been met, dissatisfaction my friend.
