The presentation is in Japanese and there doesn't appear to be an English version of it available anywhere which makes it clear that this wasn't meant for a North American audience. That's a whole other topic in itself but for now let's focus on the fact that the latest presser stated they are still trying to meet customer expectations on purity. The product specs in the Japan presentation came out long before the latest presser which perfectly puts the presser language into context.
The Albany product as spec'd in the Japan presentation did not meet customer expectations on purity.
It simply can't be concluded any other way.
