There you have it. The principles take another 25% of Burnstone. Cleaned up some our debt though. That is big. Essentially a half million PP at a nickle. No warrants-but nickle options. Immediately put another 37,000 debt on the table. Added to our 50,000 puts us 90,000 in debt and growing. We will be 500,000 in debt by this time next year or will have done a pp. So we have 500,000 debt plus 2.5 million 5 cent shares. Total being paid for the company is 3 million. Out of the new debt, we will have met our option obligations and advanced some on the project. This is likely a hi grade 30 billion project. At present we know it is a hi grade 10 billion project with another 20 billion medium grade. We need to sink that deep hole to prove the hi grade that I have been screaming to do for years. Drill baby drill:))) 2 million would clean up this years expenses and drill us a deep one. I am still hoping the deal gets done with ame. They have the money and should have there options repriced. I doubt that they will get us for .43 of a share. I think they will need to up the bid to .57 of a share. I doubt you will get many shares for a nickle much longer. Paying 3 million for this deposit and company is like buying a new Mercedes for 3,000. To illustrate. The resolution deposit in Arizona is a mile and a half underground. The grade is 1.7 billion tonnes at 100.00 per tonne. That is 170 billion dollar deposit. Our super hi grade will not be near that deep. We should be able to drill one deep hole to prove grade. The we should be able to do a decline into it and drill the deposit from underground. It is possible our deposit is as large or larger than Resolution. Maybe to promote this project we could get Steven Tyler to sing -Dream On:))))) Lets see how close I am on these guesses. nf
