Who Owns the Manager?????

Who Owns the Manager?????Thanks Tad!

Is that the Manager?  I think you me talking about the public company.  The public company is controlled by the Manager.  It pays $millions of fees to the Manager every year (even though the stock is down 30%).

I want to know who owns the Manager.  Ie.  How do they spilt these $millions of fees they charge.  Does Greene or Nisker get most of it??

Very important to know this as ultimately that is all that matters from a governance perspective.

Anybody with any info would be greatly appreciated :)
